Project Description

This web portal project for Sysco Software (Microsoft Gold Partner), was developed from ground up to use Dynamics NAV as database and logic manager. Sysco had already in place a Helpdesk system in-house with Dynamics NAV, but developing a web portal would open it’s functionalities to their clients which they could use with their own login credentials without the licensing limitations of the Dynamics NAV Web Client.

The backend was developed with ASP.NET, with a custom web api connecting to Dynamics NAV via JSON web service calls. The project entitled to develop the logic to handle the web portal from NAV as well.

The frontend was developed with a clean functional responsive design using HTML5/CSS3 and AngularJS 2+ with Bootstrap.
